2UPDATE https://www.gofundme.com/paddleboardthenile
On March 6th 2014 I left Southampton on a 6,600 mile trek around Britain's coast-line. I mostly wild camped and used improvised shelters. I carried a pack raft with me and crossed lochs, estuaries and rivers. I stayed strictly to the coastline in an endeavour to hug the coastline of mainland Britain. On 26th July 2015 I finished.
Paddleboard The Nile was a tiny sparkle of insanity which soon grew into maturity. The Nile is 4,250 miles long and starts in the forests of Rwanda. The first leg of the challenge would be to carry the paddleboard and all provisions to the point at which the expedition can take to the water. From that point on the expedition will follow the river through 5 more countries until the Nile joins the Med.
