Andrew Hamilton

Gender: Male
Nationalities: United States.

Biography

The Rocky Mountain State of Colorado lays claim to some 58 peaks that top out over 14,000 feet. Denver-native Andrew Hamilton ascended all of them this July in a record-busting 9 days, 21 hours and 51 minutes. The 40-year-old took catnaps while commuting between trails, and had a support team to fix meals and help pack, but spent much of each day out on the trails, hiking through rain, fog and snow – often in complete darkness.
Previous Record: Teddy Keizer held the record for 15 years with a time of 10 days, 20 hours and 26 minutes set in 2000.
