<p>Kilian Jornet achieved a personal challenges that tested his various skills and fitness. He learnt along the way and combined ultra running with the sports of ski alpinism. His self defined series of mountain challenges set the bar high especially in the "travel light" and minimal logistics. The project 'Summit of My Life' began in the Mont Blanc massif in 2012.</p> <p>The mountain trips:</p> <p>* traversing the massif from east to west (Champex to les Contamines) on skis.</p> <p>* traversing from south to north (Courmayeur to Chamonix) climbing and running.</p> <p>Climbs of Mount Elbrus, the Matterhorn, a speed attempt of Mont Blanc and Mount Denali (Mckinley).</p> <p>Last expedition is called: Path to Everest (the is also a film having the same name). He summited twice Everest in 2017.</p>
