I am a 30 year old living and working in Edinburgh, Scotland. After overcoming a life-changing set of circumstances in 2014, this year I am preparing to take on a different type of challenge; and one of the greatest tests of human endurance.
In November 2015 I will undertake a record-breaking solo, unassisted and unsupported expedition to the South Pole in Antarctica. I will become the first Scot in history and youngest Brit to achieve this feat.
